The seller's legal name, tax details, address and email are below. Complaints and withdrawal notices go to this address and email.

You buy the digital right to use the plan you pick (e.g. Esnaf, Pro, İşletme) and its tools in the relevant Art'st Studio service (Vitrin, Store, Ads, Marka, SEO), or a points pack or add-on. What the plan includes is shown at checkout and on the plan page.

The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped. You need an up-to-date web browser or the Android app and an internet connection. No separate technical protection measure is applied.

The total including taxes, the period (monthly 30 days / yearly 12 months) and the renewal amount after a discounted first period are shown at checkout, before payment. No extra charges apply.

You pay by card on iyzico's secure payment page; card details never reach Art'st Studio.

The service opens in your account as soon as payment is verified.

For service contracts the withdrawal period is 14 days starting on the day the contract is formed.

However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to services whose performance starts with your approval before the withdrawal period ends. With the confirmations at checkout you accept that the service starts as soon as payment is verified, so the exception applies.

Regardless of this exception, the refund rule on the Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds page applies: within 14 days and if you have not used the plan at all, the full price is refunded.

Send a withdrawal or refund request from the payment row on your Account page ("Request refund") or by writing to iletisim@artststudio.com. An approved refund is sent back the way you paid within 14 days.

Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, and above them to the Consumer Court.
