Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your account yourself in each app:

• Vitrin and Store: Settings > Delete account, type SİL to confirm.
• Ads: Settings > Delete my account and data, type SİL to confirm.
• In the other apps your account is the same Art'st Studio account; delete it with one of the steps above.

Posts, images and their backups, product and campaign drafts, connected accounts and settings are deleted; permissions for connected social and ad accounts are revoked, the subscription is cancelled and you are signed out. Removal from backups completes within 7 days.

Campaigns already published remain in your own Meta or Google ad account; we recommend pausing them first. Invoice and payment records are kept for the legal period (up to ten years) and not used for anything else.

Go to Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, remove Art'st Studio and send a data deletion request. When it reaches us, the data and access tokens received through Meta are deleted and you get a confirmation code.

To disconnect one account without deleting yours, press Disconnect in the app's Settings > Connected accounts (Connections in Ads). The access token is deleted at once; comments and messages synced from that platform to the Vitrin Inbox and cached Instagram reach/engagement data are deleted too. Images and captions stay on your account.

You can also remove Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoke a Bluesky app password in Bluesky settings and remove the Telegram bot from your channel admins separately.

If you cannot sign in, email iletisim@artststudio.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request" and say which app you use. Never share a password or verification code. After verifying your identity we delete your data within 30 days and confirm.
