Terms of Service

These terms are between Art'st Studio (the sole proprietorship on the Seller information page) and the person who opens an account or uses the services ("you"). By opening an account or using a service you accept them.

• artststudio.com: the main site, plans, free tools (background remover, QR code) and guide articles.
• Marka (marka.artststudio.com): brand name, slogan, colour and copy suggestions.
• Vitrin (vitrin.artststudio.com and the Android app): preparing social posts and publishing them on accounts you connect.
• Store / Mağaza (tezgah.artststudio.com): product records and writing products to stores you connect.
• Ads / Reklam (reklam.artststudio.com): preparing and reporting ad campaigns with your approval.
• SEO (seo.artststudio.com): reviewing a site's search visibility and suggesting fixes.
• Admin panel (admin.artststudio.com): for authorised Art'st Studio staff only.

Art'st Studio prepares posts, product records, ad suggestions, brand and SEO suggestions. Publishing, writing products and starting campaigns always need your approval; nothing you have not approved is published.

Publishing follows the rules of the platform you connect (Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok and others). If the platform rejects it, your allowance is used up or a permission is missing, the action stops. AI suggestions can be wrong; checking them before publishing is up to you. Ad results are not guaranteed.

Keeping your account details correct and your password secret is your responsibility. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorised activity. We recommend keeping two-step verification on.

You can disconnect connected accounts at any time.

You are responsible for the text, images and videos you upload and for their compliance with copyright, trademark and personality rights. You may not use someone else's brand, music or personal data without permission.

You may not create misleading or unlawful content or content that breaks the advertising and content policies of connected platforms. As the advertiser you are responsible for your ads complying with the law.

You keep the rights to what you upload; Art'st Studio processes it only to provide the service you ask for. The software, interface, brand and logos belong to Art'st Studio and may not be copied without permission.

Paid plans are digital service subscriptions. The price, the total including tax and the renewal amount are shown at checkout. Before paying you confirm the Pre-contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract.

Renewal, cancellation and refund rules are on the Subscription and Auto-renewal and the Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds pages. The free plan includes ads.

Points are used only on Art'st Studio sites for extra posts, AI text or images, 24-hour feature unlocks or a trial plan. They are not money, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred.

You earn points by watching an ad to the end in the app, verified by the ad network, or by buying a points pack. Earned points do not expire. If a purchase cannot be completed, the points are returned. Points obtained by abuse (fake views, automation) may be removed.

Free tools such as the background remover and QR code generator are provided as is, without an account; check the output before you use it. Guide articles are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.

Problems caused by API changes, maintenance or account restrictions on connected platforms are outside Art'st Studio's control. Short interruptions may happen for planned maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. For serious breaches of these terms an account may be suspended or closed after notice.

Turkish law governs these terms. For consumer disputes you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above them. Complaints can also be filed through e-Devlet (TÜBİS).

These terms may be updated. The current version is published at this address; we email you about important changes. The terms of a paid period do not change until that period ends.
