Subscription and Auto-renewal

Paid plans are monthly (30 days) or yearly (12 months) subscriptions. Unless you cancel, a plan renews automatically for the same length at the end of each period and the amount is charged via iyzico to the card you first paid with.

If there is a discounted first period, the later renewal amount is shown separately at checkout, before payment. If the price changes, the new price is emailed to you before the next period; if you do not accept it, you can cancel before renewal.

You can stop renewal at any time by emailing iletisim@artststudio.com from your registered address with the subject "Cancel subscription", or through the form at https://artststudio.com/en/contact. A request that reaches us before the renewal date stops that renewal; we confirm by email. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription.

Cancelling does not remove the open period; you keep the plan until it ends, then your account returns to the free plan.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan does not renew and your account returns to the free plan; none of your data is deleted.
