Distance Sales Contract

Seller: Art'st Studio, identified below. Buyer: the person signed in to the account at payment; the name and email are taken from the account.

This contract covers the sale and performance of the digital plan, points pack or add-on the Buyer picks at checkout. The service name, period, price including taxes and renewal amount are shown at checkout and in the email sent after payment.

The contract is formed when the Buyer confirms the Pre-contract Information Form and this contract and completes payment. The service opens in the Buyer's account once payment is verified. Nothing is shipped.

A monthly period is 30 days, a yearly period 12 months. A discount applies only to the first period.

Unless the Buyer cancels, the subscription renews for the same length at the end of each period and the renewal amount is charged to the same card. Details are on the Subscription and Auto-renewal page.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is formed. The right does not apply to services performed instantly online whose performance started with the Buyer's approval (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15). The Seller nevertheless applies the refund rule on the Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds page.

The Seller provides the service with the features stated in the pre-contract information. The Buyer uses it in line with the Terms of Service and is responsible for the accuracy of their details.

Turkish law applies. Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits, Consumer Courts above them.

The Buyer confirms reading and accepting this contract electronically before payment. The time of acceptance is recorded and the purchase email after payment links to the contract.
