Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account yourself from Settings in each product: Vitrin (vitrin.artststudio.com), Tezgah (tezgah.artststudio.com) and Ads (reklam.artststudio.com).

When your account is deleted, your personal data, connected-account access tokens (OAuth tokens) and uploaded media are permanently removed.

When you remove the Art'st Studio app under "Apps and Websites" in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a data deletion request (callback); the data and access tokens we received through Meta are then deleted.

If you cannot access your account or want us to delete it for you, email iletisim@artststudio.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Data deletion request".

We respond to and complete your request within 30 days.

Billing and payment records may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law; they are not used for any other purpose.

If you do not want to delete your account but only disconnect a social media, shop or ad account, do it from Connected Accounts in the relevant app. When a connection is removed, its access token is deleted and Art'st Studio can no longer act on that account.

You can also remove the access you gave to your Google account under Google Account > Security > Third-party apps and services.

Say which app you use (Vitrin, Tezgah, Ads) and the email address on your account. For your security, send the request from the address registered to your account; never share a password or verification code.

You will be told at the same address when the deletion is complete.

The background remover and the QR code generator need no account and process your images or input in your browser, so there is no record of them on our servers to delete.

Because data is permanently removed when an account is deleted, the deletion cannot be reversed. If you want to use the service again later, you need to open a new account and reconnect your accounts.
