1. Scope and Identity
Art'st Studio (artststudio.com) provides social media content scheduling (Vitrin) and advertising management (Ads) solutions for businesses and creators.
This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided across artststudio.com and its subdomains (vitrin.artststudio.com, ads.artststudio.com, admin.artststudio.com).
2. Account Information & Collection
Your account stores an email address and password. Phone numbers are optional and not verified.
Signing in via Google, Facebook, or X grants us access only to basic profile data (name, email, avatar). We never access unrelated private data in your third-party accounts.
Data is retained until account deletion, except billing records which are preserved under statutory accounting laws.
3. Connected Social and Ad Accounts
Instagram & Facebook: We read account IDs and usernames, publish approved content, and retrieve post performance insights. Direct messages and private contacts are never sold, transferred, or accessed without explicit authorization.
Google Ads & Meta Ads: API authorization is utilized exclusively to create approved campaigns, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
OAuth access tokens are encrypted (AES-256) at rest, used strictly for user-authorized actions, and never disclosed to third parties.
4. Analytics & Security
Traffic is measured via Google Analytics only upon consent.
Credit card information is never handled or stored on our servers; payments are processed securely by licensed payment providers.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings.
